About The Role
Manitoulin Physiotherapy Centre is looking for Registered Physiotherapists within our unique and exciting private practice multidisciplinary team. We are an award-winning clinic offering a wide variety of services to patients from Manitoulin Island and the surrounding area. Our patients access care through private coverage, MVA and publicly funded programs (both Primary Care and Episode of Care). Manitoulin Physiotherapy Centre is a physiotherapist-owned clinic, staffed with full administrative support, and experienced professionals offering Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology and Occupational Therapy. We have a diverse and growing practice setting, providing patients with a singular local resource for orthopedic care, acupuncture, concussion management, persistent pain management, pelvic health, seniors care including falls prevention, and paediatric school health support services.

Your Qualifications
Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Experience in the following clinical areas considered an asset: general ortho/manual therapy and acupuncture, Paediatrics (school health environment or outpatient), Vestibular therapy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setting

Manitoulin Physiotherapy Centre is looking for Registered Occupational Therapists to join our unique and exciting multidisciplinary team. Grow your career and diversify your clinical skill set with us, while working and learning alongside health and education teams in our local First Nation communities. Our OT role is a community-based position focusing on both in-school pediatric assessment and treatment, supported by a team of RKins/OTAs, and homecare services for the adult and older adult population, providing the rare opportunity to work with clients across the age range. Your Qualifications

Experience in the following clinical areas considered an asset: pediatric (school health environment), geriatric (homecare) experience, ADP authorizer status for mobility devices (or willingness to pursue); previous supervision of support personnel
Valid driver’s license

PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR - FULL TIME
About The RolE
Manitoulin Physiotherapy Centre is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable individuals with administrative experience and strong customer service skills to join our team. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task in a busy office of health care practitioners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Providing a positive first point of contact for all interactions in person, on phone or by email
General duties: greeting visitors, answering phone, returning messages, booking appointments, preparing intake and other forms, correspondence by fax and email
Managing all information on an electronic medical record; working understanding of privacy legislation an asset
Billing to insurance companies and to patients, day to day financial interactions
Communicate efficiently with clinical staff, provide ongoing support
Experience with electronic medical records, and Apple operating systems is an asset
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Office administration background would be ideal. Health sciences-related background would be an asset, as would experience or training in hospitality administration.
